Digital Millennium Copyright Act
It is WorldPath's policy to respond to notices of alleged
infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act (the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office
Web Site, http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/) and other
applicable intellectual property laws, which may include removing
or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of
infringing activity. If we remove or disable access to comply
with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we will make a
good-faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of each
affected site so that they may make a counter notification
pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of that Act. If you
determine that your work has been duplicated and is viewable on a
site that you believe is being hosted on servers of WorldPath
Internet Services in a way that may constitute copyright
infringement, please give notice to our Designated Agent as
prescribed by Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Infringement Notification
To file a notice of infringement, you must provide a written
communication that sets forth the items specified below.
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to
act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is
allegedly infringed.
2. Clear identification of the site where you believe the
infringing material is located, identification of the copyrighted

works at a single online site are covered by a single
notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be
infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that
is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and
information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider
to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service
provider to contact the complaining party, name, address,
telephone number, and, if available, an email address where the
complaining party may be contacted.
5. A written statement that the complaining party has a good
faith belief that use of the works and materials in the manner
complained is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent,
or the law.
6. A written statement that the information in the infringement
notification complaint is accurate and under penalty of perjury,
that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the
owner of an subject material that is allegedly infringed.
Counter Notification
The administrator of an affected site may make a counter
notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act. When we receive a counter
notification, we will reinstate the material in question.
To file a counter notification with us, you must provide a
written communication that sets forth the items specified below.
1. Physical or electronic signature of the subscriber;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to
which access has been disabled and the location at which the
material appeared before it was removed or access to it was
disabled;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a
good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a
result of mistake or misidentification;
4. The subscribers name, address, telephone number and email
address, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the

address is outside of the United States, for any judicial
district in which the service provider may be found, and that the
subscriber will accept service of process from the person who
provided notification or an agent of such person.
Repeat Infringement
Under appropriate circumstances, WorldPath Internet Services may,
in its discretion, terminate authorization of users of its system
or network who are repeat offenders.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
It is WorldPath Internet Services policy to accommodate and not
interfere with standard technical measures it determines are
reasonable under the circumstances, i.e., technical measures that
are used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted
works.
