WorldPath/BayRing Billing Change

WorldPath Internet Services (WorldPath) in conjunction with its affiliate, BayRing Communications (BayRing), currently provides your Internet and related services. Beginning January 1, 2011, BayRing will take over the billing and your Internet service charges will be included on a billing statement from BayRing.

Your December 1, 2010 statement from WorldPath will be the last billing statement you will receive from WorldPath. Any balances on your WorldPath account as of December 31, 2010, will be transferred to your new BayRing account.

If you currently pay for your services automatically using a credit card, that method of payment will also be used for your new BayRing account. Please note the charge description on your credit card statement will be "BayRing Communications".

If you currently receive a paper invoice for your services, that method will also be used for your new BayRing account.

If you currently receive an emailed invoice for your services, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log onto BayRing.com to view your new BayRing invoice.

If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact our office before December 15, 2010.

The changes discussed above will not affect your Internet service. There are no technical changes related to your service involved in this change. The people and equipment that provide you service are not changing! You will continue to receive the same reliable service and technical support provided by our companies.
