What are WorldPath Internet Services billing policies?
We bill by the calendar month. All unused hours expire on the last day of the month regardless of your start date. WorldPath does not prorate monthly charges. Billing occurs on the first business day of the month for the monthly plan charge.
Can I pay by check or credit card?
You may choose one of the following: WorldPath can automatically charge your credit card/debit card on the first of each month; your credit card company/bank statement will indicate the charge or you may pay monthly by check.
When is check payment due?
Check customers will receive an invoice via email at the beginning of the month for the monthly charge. Payment is due by the 14th of the month. Mail your payment to: WorldPath, PO Box 816, Farmington, NH 03835. The charge for returned checks is $20.00.
Please note that disconnection is an automatic process for all customers with a negative balance on the 27th of the month. There is a $5.00 reconnect fee to re-establish disconnected accounts.
Do you have a subscriber or membership agreement?
By using WorldPath's services and systems, a subscriber agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of sale as published on-line or otherwise available from WorldPath from time to time. You can find the current online Terms and Conditions here. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to Internet access.
Can I get additional E-mail addresses?
Customers with a dial-up PPP account can purchase an additional Email account with a separate username and password for $3.00/month. Email accounts are not to be used for dial-up access usage. If used as dial-up, email box will be charged as a dial-up rate at $19.95/mo.
What are WorldPath Internet Services technical support hours?

What are WorldPath Internet Services office hours?
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
How do I change my password?
You may change your password by notifying us by telephone. Remember, we need between 6 to 8 characters.
What are the telephone costs involved when I connect to WorldPath Internet Services? Connecting to the Internet via WorldPath Internet Services works the same way as making a regular voice telephone call. Long distance phone calls will be charged by the phone company. If you are on Measured Service (usually businesses), you will be charged for all your calls by the phone company. If you have any questions regarding your local calling area or types of service, please refer to your phone book or telephone service provider. WorldPath will not be responsible for telephone charges incurred while accessing our services.
How do I set up my E-mail Account?
In Netscape’s menu, choose Options / Mail & News Preferences. Click Servers and in the field for Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server enter smtp.worldpath.net. In the field for Incoming Mail (POP) Server enter pop3.worldpath.net. At the field Pop User Name enter your user name. Click on Identity and fill in your name. Fill fields for Your Email and Reply-to Address with username@worldpath.net.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook Express, the first time you start the program you will launch a wizard that will help you setup your account. Follow the directions below for the settings you will need.
If you are setting up Outlook Express without using the install wizard follow these directions. Under tools scroll down to the accounts choice, look for the mail tab, and then the properties tab. Now you will see an option for servers. under Outgoing Mail (smtp) insert: smtp.worldpath.net. Now in the incoming field insert; pop3.worldpath.net. Under Account Name, add you WorldPath login name, Under Password, add your WorldPath password.
Do you serve Web TV customers?
Yes we do, customers using web TV, please send us a note via billing@worldpath.net with your Web TV email address.
Can I connect to America Online through WorldPath Internet Services?
PC's /WINDOWS95-OS/2-WINDOWS3.1:
You must use version 2.5 or above of the AOL software.
1. At the setup and sign-on screen, click on SETUP.
2. In the Network & Modem Setup dialog box, click on CREATE LOCATION.
3. In the Network Setup dialog box, enter WorldPath for the Location. Leave both phone number fields blank. Scroll to Modem Speed, and select 57600* in both available fields. In both Network fields scroll down to and highlight TCP/IP. Make sure all other settings are correct for your setup. Click on SAVE.
4. In the Network & Modem Setup dialog box the location you just created will be highlighted.
5. Click on OK. That’s it. The setup is complete!
6. Then, just make the WorldPath connection first, and bring up AOL’s software.
*Some systems may need these fields set to 38400.
MACINTOSH:
1. At the setup and sign-on screen, click on SETUP.
2. Change the "Connection File:" option to ‘TCPack’ for both first and second try.
3. Click "Save".
To connect to AOL from now on, dial in with configPPP, then start AOL and "Sign On" as usual.
Note: Connecting to AOL through WorldPath will incur charges from AOL.
