Day 21: The Dragon Ball
    A Norin royal tradition for over 48 years has been the holding of a ball on the night preceeding the day of the Dragon.  Typically only the noble class and honored knights are allowed to attend, though occasionally somebody honored for heroics will also be invited for the evening.

Day 21: The Dragon's Folly
    A mockery of the Dragon Ball setup by the local slum taverns of Isingbal in recent years has been the Dragon's Folly, where the goal is to out drink all your friends and get totally trashed.  Of course, as soon as some dwarves caught wind of this event, the event spread like wildfire among the dwarven kingdoms, where the event became a little more civilized, since there typically isn't any looting or beatings involved after somebody passed out.
