Devotion of Snow
    The devotion of snow occurs on the first day of snow.  Followers of Celia must observe silence at the beginning of the first snow, and must remain slient and exposed to the snow in some way until the snow stops.  The purpose surrounding this devotion goes back to the creation of the first world: Lalmar.  As the story goes when the gods failed to create a world, Celia began to weep.  As her tears fell to the ground they turned to ice and snow, when there was no longer fire to keep her tears liquid.  This is the reason why Lalmar is covered in gray, for it is from the tears shed by Celia, when her creation failed.
