	Part 3: The Dragon Purge



The Dragon Purge began shortly after the code was formed that bound the 
dragons to a code of conduct.  Olan Draymir DragonSlayer of Blackstorm 
Keep uninformed of the news of peace among dragonkind continued his war 
against the Dragons, meeting the Dragon Lord Furgar the Black in combat.
The Black dragon escaped after almost being destroyed, but later tracked
down and ambushed the Paladin in the elven town of Roso where the Dragon
destroyed the town in attempts to kill the Paladin.  Though Olan escaped
to heal his wounds, the elves sought vengeance against all of 
dragonkind.  The elven leaders declare the Dragon Purge and send all of 
the DragonSlayers of the land out in search of the remaining dragons to 
destroy for the deaths of their kindred.

Olan Draymir now aged 50 years meets the dragon Furgar the Black in 
battle in what would later be called the Scarred Wood.  In a furious 
battle, the 2 slay each other and the Nexus becomes lost to the world.  
Inme, a follower of Aslynn the Goddess of Life, finds Olan and Furgar 
in the Scarred Wood and recall their spirits to this world.

Olan returns to Revinar to end the Dragon Purge, but the Elven Lords 
deny his request. Meanwhile Furgar discovers that Chromatic Dragon Lord 
Narion the Blue is breaking the Dragon’s code and kills him.  After 26 
years of Olan’s repeated attempts of ending the Dragon Purge, the Elven 
leaders make peace with the remaining dragons.  Olan enjoys peace for 
the last 32 years of his life, dying at the age of 110 at Mailor Keep.
