Verse 4
Problems immediately befell our group as it finally reunited once again within the woods. As I watched from above in a tree for signs of Soldan and his men, below me Cahir betrusted to Aalaysia the magicial stone that has been nothing but trouble for us ever since I came to this group. Ne`Stashia hearing the discussion got everybody involved in a heated arguement about what to do with the accursed stone while I attempted to keep watch. During the arguement Cahir slipped away into the forest to begin his travels in search for his father across the deserts and the mountains to find a simple blacksmith that helped give birth to him as voices could be heard to the north.
But for now we find ourselves stealing back our horses, which the party forgot about running from Harshall while I stayed behind to help stall our enemy if the need arises. As I awaited and listened for enemy movement I heard somewhere off in the distance a horn begining blown in alarm, and the foes that we heard to the north moving off. I sneaked off toward where the party had moved off to. It wasn't long until I caught up with them, and when I did I observed 3 of us running around the field, a little illusion cooked up by Aalaysia ( Surprising to see one of her herbal immiginations come to life ). Me, Ne`Stahsia, and Valisia then made our way across the field back into the dreadful town of Harshall, where that annoying festival was going on yet again. Thankfully we easily retrevied the party horses, and left as easily as we came, Valisia and Ne`Stahsia making it into the forest well before I had a chance to, sneaking along unnoticed.
We then joined up with Aalaysia and quickly began to make our way towards the port city of Northhaven with Soldan's men right behind us, for some reason they soon cut off thier pursuit with words from Soldan refering to Cahir and also the bearer, whomever that may be, but all I could think is thank goodness they were gone. Our travels continued into the frosty cold night up to a few hours past midnight where we made camp for the night. It was then that Aalaysia discovered that while playing with the stone in the fire she was some how immune to its effects, or at least her arm was, her shirt didn't fare as well. As we prepared for a nice well deserved rest we notice lights in the woods. Nobody seemed to take much notice, but away goes this journal and out I go to find out who or what is out there.
