In Michael's will he leaves one shilling each to his three sons John,Michael, and William. To his son James one shilling, and if he shouldreturn, and take care of his wife, and three young sons, he leaves himthe eastern 50 acres of lot number 9 at Salmon Beach. Should James failto comply, he leaves the said land to Andrew, with James having no claimto the land! To Andrew, he leaves the next adjoining 50 acres of land onthe western side of that part first described. The said Andrew not tohave possession of the said 50 acres, until he has reached the full ageof 21, and he will remain and work at home with my other sons, until theyare of age. To his youngest sons, Patrick, Florence, and Thomas, heleaves the hundred acres on the western side containing the homestead, tobe divided equally, when the youngest is of the full age of 21, and theyagree each, and all to support and provide for their mother, my wife aslong as she remain single, and unmarried. the new barn is to be shared byall until they all share in the completion of a new barn for the ones whoinherit the land that doesn't contain this barn.
When Patrick sells his share consisting of the eastern 1/3 acres ofthe western 1/2 of lot number 9 To John Smith in 1872, the barn isexcluded from the sale, so evidently the barn was found to be situated onthat section.Property - [date: 15 OCT 1873] [place: Patrick is living in Bathurst when he, and Catherine sell the 1/3 section of the Western half of lot number 9 Salmon Beach that was left to him by Michael in his will dated 30/Jan/1860]

I have called this person Thomas, because the first known son ofMichael, or James Michael was Thomas (called John), and according to theIrish naming convention which seems to have been followed, the first sonwould have been named after the fathers father.spouse:
These children are entirely speculation. I am including them forthe purpose of keeping the information straight in the event that they doend up being part of the family later on.
