BSA Troop 90 is chartered by the East Concord
Lamplighters, Inc. of East Concord, NH.
We are registered with the Wannalancit District of the Daniel Webster
Council.
Our Council office is located at 571 Holt Avenue in Manchester, NH.
Our troop meetings are on Monday nights from
7:30pm to 9:00 pm and are held at the
East Congregational Church on Mountain Rd. in East Concord, NH.
Our Scoutmaster is Duene
Cowan,
and our Assistant Scoutmaster is Glen Miteva.

Boy Scouting began in New Hampshire in 1929.
East Concord's Troop 90 was among the
|
|
first troops to be chartered in the Daniel
Webster Council. The initial sponsor was the
|
|
East Concord Men's Club, an organization that
no longer exists. The Troop disbanded in
|
|
the 1940's due to World War II. It existed on
and off through the 1950's.
|
|
On September 1, 1964 Troop 90 was once again
reactivated. This time, the Troop was
|
|
sponsored by a relatively new neighborhood
youth support organizatio called the East
|
|
Concord Lamplighters. Troop 90 has been
continuously chartered since then and we are
|
|
pleased to still have the Lamplighters as our
Chartering Organization.
